The staff, particularly Mary and Eliza, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, enhancing the overall guest experience.One notable highlight was the renovated room I stayed in. It was clean, modern, and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. However, there were some minor issues with cleanliness and maintenance that needed attention, but the staff promptly addressed them, showing a commitment to guest satisfaction.While the hotel offers amenities such as Wi-Fi and luggage storage, the overall luxury may not be at the level of more high-end establishments. For travelers seeking a good balance between cost and comfort, Porta Pia offers a solid choice with its convenient location and friendly service.
